Engineering, Procurement and Construction, also known as Turnkey Contracting, is a service provided by Saudi Contracting Company to facilitate an efficient approach to meet the requirements and visions of a particular project. Similar to the “design and build” type of contracting, EPC allows the client to have a single point of contact with the contractor. Furthermore, the design and construction programs overlap, reducing the overall project delivery time. However, unlike design and construction, the client is less likely to be involved in the design phase, increasing the responsibility placed on the contractor.

As the name suggests, Turnkey Contracting refers to our commitment to deliver a fully operational and ready-to-operate facility upon completion of the handover, ensuring a quick return on investment strategy.
